Refund Policy

1. Guaranteed Buyer Refunds

OnlyWordz will always issue a full refund to the buyer if, after review, we determine that any of the following have occurred:

  1. Failure to Deliver as Described
    The seller does not deliver the Chat Package in accordance with the description, scope, or expectations clearly stated on their profile or package listing.

  2. Failure to Meet Response Time Standards
    The seller fails to meet their stated or platform-required average response time as defined in their service level agreement (SLA).

  3. Unverified or Unauthorized Responders
    Any person other than the seller’s verified, identity-confirmed individual is found to be responding to messages on the seller’s behalf.

  4. Seller Stops Responding
    The seller becomes unresponsive and ceases communication without reasonable notice or justification.

In all cases above, refunds are issued at the sole discretion of OnlyWordz following investigation.

2. Prohibited Use – No Refunds or Payouts

OnlyWordz is strictly a consulting platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited for both buyers and sellers:

  • Companionship services

  • Fake dating or simulated relationships

  • Real dating or matchmaking

  • Adult content of any kind

  • Sexual content, sexual roleplay, or sexually suggestive services

Seller Violations

If a seller is found to be engaging in any prohibited activity:

  • The seller will be immediately and permanently banned

  • No payouts will be released, including any pending balances

  • Buyer refunds may still be issued at OnlyWordz’s discretion

Buyer Violations

If a buyer initiates, requests, encourages, or participates in any prohibited activity:

  • The buyer forfeits the full cost of the Chat Package

  • No refund will be issued

  • The buyer account may be suspended or permanently banned

  • Any associated seller penalties will be evaluated separately

Buyer misconduct does not entitle the buyer to a refund, even if a report is later submitted.

3. Refund Review Process

  • All refund requests are investigated and approved or denied within 72 hours of receipt.

  • OnlyWordz may review chat logs, timestamps, response-time data, metadata, and other relevant records as part of its investigation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, buyers must:

  • Submit a request through the OnlyWordz Support Form, or

  • Click the “Report” button located in the top-right corner of the chat session in question

Requests submitted outside these methods may not be processed.

5. Platform Discretion

OnlyWordz reserves the right to:

  • Make final determinations on all refund decisions

  • Enforce this policy to protect platform integrity

  • Modify or update this policy at any time

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current Refund Policy.
